STAGING SERVICES

Why Home Staging is Important

Home staging emerges as a pivotal factor in the real estate landscape, underscoring its importance in the process of selling a property. The expertise provided by Innovative Impressions can transform a house into a market-ready masterpiece. By strategically arranging furniture, optimizing space, and adding tasteful decor, professional staging elevates the overall aesthetic appeal of a home, making it more attractive to potential buyers. Beyond enhancing visual appeal, home staging creates an environment that allows prospective homeowners to envision themselves living in the space, fostering a connection that is often instrumental in expediting the sale. In essence, home staging isn't merely a cosmetic touch; it's a strategic investment that can significantly influence a property's marketability, setting the stage for a successful and lucrative real estate transaction.

How does the process work?

First we'll meet at your home or property.  Whether you are in Atlanta, Woodstock, Roswell, Alpharetta or the Kennesaw area we'll come to you.  We'll walk through the property together to determine the best way to highlight its character.

A staging consultation takes a couple hours and provides a verbal, detailed plan to present your home in the best light.   We will start by addressing curb-appeal outside the home and continue room-by-room inside discussing furniture placement, defining empty rooms, selecting paint colors, placing artwork and de-cluttering spaces.  The homeowner will have a "to-do list" of things to implement to prepare their home for sale.

Innovative Impressions can provide hands-on staging services: packing up items, relocating furniture, and fully implementing the recommendations from the consult.

Types of Home Staging

Home staging comes in various forms, each tailored to address distinct scenarios and meet diverse needs. Vacant home staging involves furnishing and decorating an empty property, infusing life and character into spaces that might otherwise feel stark and impersonal. This type of staging is particularly effective in helping potential buyers visualize the full potential of a space. Occupied home staging, on the other hand, navigates the challenge of presenting a property that is still lived in. Innovative Impressions works with existing furniture and decor, reconfiguring layouts and adding strategic touches to enhance the overall appeal. This approach transforms a lived-in home into a showcase that maximizes its market potential. Redesign, the third type of home staging, focuses on refreshing and optimizing the aesthetics of a home where the owner plans to stay. It involves reimagining the layout, updating decor, and enhancing functionality to create a more harmonious and visually appealing living space. Whether a property is vacant, occupied, or in need of a redesign, home staging offers a tailored solution to elevate its presentation and market appeal.

Vacant Home Staging

We will help showcase the property by highlighting the house's strengths simply based on intentional selection of furnishings and accessories to provide a vision for the client.  Without furniture, there is no point of reference for a potential buyer.  Innovative Impressions can provide furniture, accessories, and art from our inventory for a vacant home to transform the following rooms:  family room, office, kitchen eating area, dining room, master bedroom and bath.  Typically five rooms are staged but this can be customized depending on the seller's requirements.

Occupied Home Staging

Occupied Home Staging is designed for sellers who will continue to live in the home while it is on the market.  If necessary, this service provides supplemental furniture, area rugs, lamps, art and accessories to enhance the ambiance of the home.

Home Staging and Redesign

Together we'll decide the range of services needed to give your home the competitive advantage necessary in this aggressive market. Most homes can be staged in a half day to a full day.  Staging quotes will vary based on the size of the home, number of rooms staged and furniture rental requirements.

Staging Types: Single Family Homes, Condos, Model Homes & Apartments
