The consult will focus on measuring rooms to be staged, as well as taking pictures of the space. This will help determine the correct number of pieces to be used.
Staging a Vacant Home for Sale

We can stage the perfect number of rooms using furniture and accessories from Innovative Impressions inventory.

The key to staging the home properly is to be in the vacant home. There are details that are specific to the home that can only be revealed by being in the home.

Innovative Impressions will handle the logistics by reserving the move date, preparing days in advance for the move.

Generally five rooms are staged (Living Room, Dining Room, Office, Kitchen Dining Area, and Master Bedroom) but this list can be customized to highlight your homes best features.
