REDESIGN
Redesign is the process of taking the furniture and accessories you currently have and using them in a different way to give your home a fresh, updated look. This may include editing and placing furniture in new locations to enhance traffic flow, relocating or re-purposing old items to give them new life or knowing how to personalize a space to make your home reflect your style.
VACANT STAGING
We will help showcase the property by highlighting the house's strengths simply based on intentional selection of furnishings and accessories to provide a vision for the client. Without furniture, there is no point of reference for a potential buyer.
OCCUPIED HOME STAGING
Occupied Home Staging is designed for sellers who will continue to live in the home while it is on the market. If necessary, this service provides supplemental furniture, area rugs, lamps, art and accessories to enhance the ambiance of the home.

What is the goal of staging my home?
The purpose of staging is to help a potential buyer imagine and visualize their life in your home. With purposeful placement of furniture and accessories you can create that vision for them. We will transform your key rooms (living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom) into an inviting space to appeal to the buyer.
How does the process work?
First we'll meet at your home or property. We'll walk through the property together to determine the best way to highlight its character. You can choose an extensive evaluation conducted room-by-room and a comprehensive written report or simply a verbal consultation where the homeowner takes notes throughout our time together enabling them to stage the property themselves. Together we'll decide the range of services needed to give your home the competitive advantage necessary in this aggressive market.
Pricing
Consultations can be verbal or written. A verbal consultation is $200 for the first two hours and $65/hour for each additional hour. A written consultation ranges from $250 - $550 depending on the size of the home, and provides the homeowner with a written, detailed staging plan.
Home Staging and Redesign
Most homes can be staged in a half day to a full day. Staging quotes will vary based on the size of the home, number of rooms staged and furniture rental requirements.
